Easy. Code Library is a PHP-based solution that you can host yourself. Its for designers and developers who are looking for a way to manage their snippets of code. Features include automatic backup of old versions of code, full page editing, tagging, and search.
Accessible. Because it's web-based, you can host Code Library on your own personal computer, or on the web for access anywhere. This also means it will be easier to share the code you've saved with people you choose.
Secure. You can rest easy, because every installation generates it's own unique encryption key for keeping your password safe.
